KRAIBURG Holding GmbH & Co. KG will trade under the new name of KRAIBURG Holding SE & Co. KG as of January 1, 2022.
The general partner in the holding partnership, the KG, currently a GmbH (German limited liability company), will be replaced by an European company, “Societas Europaea” (SE), of which 100 % of the shares will be held by the holding KG. This means that even after this step, the Westhoff, Peter Schmidt and Fritz Schmidt families will continue to represent the supervisory bodies. Franz Hinterecker and Dr. Adolf Zellner were appointed as Board of Directors. The individual companies of the KRAIBURG Group will be completely unaffected by this change. The structures and legal forms that we all know will be preserved.
